There is no doubt that we have entered a time of great change.  Everyone can feel it whether they can comprehend it or not.  The evidence is everywhere; in politics, the economy, science and technology, in earth changes and in consciousness.

Change in this great arena called life is happening so fast now that it can seem overwhelming.  It can feel as if time itself is quickening.  It can feel as if we have no control over the outcome of this transition. When, in fact, the opposite is true.  Only we can determine the future, but we must actively participate in the change, otherwise the future will be determined for us if we choose not to look in the mirror.

Life is like a mirror.  When we smile, it smiles back at us.  When we scowl, it scowls back at us. To effectively change the world, "You don't comb the mirror, you comb your own hair and the mirror changes," as David Icke so wisely puts it.

We must embrace the present, even what appears to be bad, because each convulsion is necessary to ultimately regain health.  The collapse of the predatory economic system and tyrannical control systems will be a glorious and painful event wrapped up in one.  But it will eventually lead to love, freedom, and peace for all.

How do I know this? Is some cosmic time traveler feeding me this prophecy? No, I simply part my hair in those directions in the mirror and have faith that the vast majority of conscious humans also project the same desire of well-being.  Those who scowl at freedom and peace and part their hair towards hate, no matter how large and fancy their mirror, will soon experience the personal reflection of their colic.


Now, those who manipulate the hate and division, and control the wars and economic slavery will likely break the mirror during this transition, causing what may appear to be seven years of bad luck for the rest of us. But those who previously enjoyed the largest and most powerful reflection devices will be limited to the scattered jagged pieces left by their tantrum, while the rest of us keep smiling.

For sure, we face very real challenges ahead that will make it difficult for each of us.  Many people's way of life is dependent on the current hideous reflection.  Unfortunately, these folks will likely be cut the deepest when the mirror shatters.

In order for the rest of humanity to survive and navigate the mess, they must first recognize their own distorted appearance and give themselves a makeover before the collapse arrives.  Thankfully, many are offering them combs and brushes, but they must also be willing to groom themselves.

No amount of force will bring about the necessary reflection, because the ideas of force and fear will have been shattered in the old mirror.  We must gather the tools to shield ourselves from the approaching shards, and cultivate the skills to put the pieces back together in a way that reflects the more attractive values of peace and freedom.

We must rebuild with a foundation of love, especially for those who couldn't see before -- and even for those who broke the mirror -- or we will create small splinters in the new mirror that will eventually result in the same hateful reflection.

It will actually be much easier to rebuild than to dodge the shrapnel of collapse.  All we must do is pause in front of the mirror, reflect on the type of world we want to see, and smile.

Here are five of the most powerful action steps to take that can turn the tables and restore economic sovereignty at every level -- household, community, state, nation and the entire globe.

#1) Shop at local farmers' markets, food co-ops and local grocers

Stop buying Tyson chicken. Stop buying Monsanto-engineered GMO foods at the grocery store. Stop giving your money to food industry globalists such as ADM, Cargill and PepsiCo. Every time you buy a can of brand-name soda, a carton of genetically modified soy milk, or a bag of popular snack chips, you are financially supporting a system of global agricultural poverty and food domination that destroys life and liberty.

If you shop based solely on price and not ethics, you are take part in the economic destruction of our world. Shop local, buy organic and avoid all the corporate food giants and their deceptive, dishonest packaged foods.

Remember: If the food you eat comes in a box, your family and friends will eventually find YOU in a box, too.

#2) Pull your money out of the big banks and put it in local credit unions

When you deposit $1,000 in a globalist bank, they can turn around and, through a series of fractional reserve banking transactions, turn that into $9,000 in loans that earn them interest. Inversely, by pulling $1,000 out of a globalist bank (JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Bank of America, etc.), you deny them the ability to make $9,000 in loans, thus shrinking their profits by a significant factor.

One of the most powerful and honest strategies you can use to protect your own savings and stop financially supporting the global financial crooks who are running the largest banks is to move your money to a local credit union.

Most credit unions, by law, cannot bet on derivatives. So they don't have the $68+ TRILLION in financial exposure that Bank of America has right now, for example. (http://seekingalpha.com/article/301...)

Of course, your local credit unions are normally not insured by the FDIC, but that's actually a bonus because the FDIC will itself be insolvent in the first 24 hours of a true banking debt collapse (its own funds are a pittance compared to the scale of the global derivatives debt possessed by the banks it claims to insure). You're far smarter holding your money in a local credit union covered by an independent insurance agency that has nothing to do with the large global banks and their coming derivatives disasters.

#3) Stop working for The Man as a wage slave

If you punch a clock working for The Man, then you're part of the problem. Every hour of your effort goes to keep propping up the very system that's bringing you down.

It's difficult, of course, to find work these days, and it's absolutely true that The Man pays double or even triple the wages of anyone else. Heck, even TSA jobs come with great pay, government health benefits, and the "administrative right" to sexually molest innocent people, which is a real bonus to some of the disturbed psychopaths who take those jobs in the first place. If you want to stop working for The Man, you are going to have to downsize your material wealth and instead be content to possess spiritual wealth (and ethical currency, so to speak). Yes, you might live in a smaller house and drive a smaller car, but you won't have to sell out your soul to an evil system of tyranny and oppression.

So if you're currently punching a clock for some evil corporation, some tyrannical government entity, or some poison-pushing pharmaceutical company, find a new line of work and stop supporting the very system that's destroying us all.

#4) Trade soon-to-be-useless paper currency for real goods

Are you still sitting on a bunch of paper currency and hoping it will somehow be worth the same amount in five years? Stop kidding yourself... the value of all the top global currencies is eroding by the hour. At times, it seems like it's not happening because they're all eroding together, so the relative valuation between currencies appears to be deceptively stable. But underneath it all, global currency devaluation has viciously accelerated -- and both the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve are committed to printing even more counterfeit currency to further speed the process.

By the time all the European banks are bailed out, and the U.S. banks are bailed out, and the Canadian and Australian banks are bailed out, if you're still left holding hyper-inflated currencies like the U.S. dollar, you're going to be lucky to still own ten cents on the dollar in terms of today's purchasing power. Herman McCain, who thankfully dropped out of the Republican race just a couple of days ago, was a Federal Reserve insider. You couldn't pick a more compromised candidate to try to fix the economy when he's part of the very system of theft that's destroying it!

The only real candidate who would challenge the economic plunder of our world is, of course, Ron Paul (www.RonPaul2012.com). He's the guy who has stood firm on the principle of auditing the Fed and even ending the Fed so that the money supply of America can be put back into the hands of the Congress (i.e. the People) and not a private bankster cartel run by globalist crooks.

Do these five things now if you want to help save your nation from total economic destruction

Right now, whether you are Republican, Democrat or Libertarian, one of the most patriotic things you can do to save your nation is follow these five steps and start redirecting your financial resources away from the globalists and toward your local community.

Support small, local businesses. Support local financial institutions. Don't buy the stock of evil corporations, even if they pay financial dividends. Vote for candidates who operate with consistent ethics, not the ones who give the slickest speeches and promise the most handouts.

Put your time, money and effort into restoring your nation or you will lose your nation. Every dollar that you spend, save or invest in a profit-driven bank or evil corporate giant is a dollar that will one day be used to wage economic warfare against you and your own children.

Think about what you're doing. Save yourself, my friends, because all the other big players out there would far prefer to enslave you than set you free.

At this time, and for a period that I have reason to suspect extends to March of next year, a delicate balance exists in the planetary social body.

A small number of psychopaths will end that balance with a global war of such proportions that most humans will NOT survive it.

Let me restate this for clarity: the small number of people who rule this planet are proceeding with their plans to engage the masses of humanity to fight each other until most are dead.

This is their intent. They have chosen a day in March of next year that represents certain symbolic energies in their twisted understanding of universe to escalate to the next level of their horror show.

Even now the aware observer sees daily maneuvering in their propaganda media to vilify an enemy and to spark contention and divide humanity along the artificial lines of the geopolitical map drawn by our 'masters'.

The collapse of the paper money system is in play as the distraction for those humans not content with 'bread and circus', nor the broadcast pabulum for damaged minds (the 'news').

All this so that armies are not observed as they are set in motion.

But this is an old, even ancient story, and we have all seen it before...just as we are now seeing it again.

This time, however, new special effects will be added to this war. This time, the actual horror of scalar (quanta affective energy weapons) will be thrown into the regular terror of metals and chemicals searing through soft human flesh.

It is underway now, this 'next war'. One only need look around carefully to watch as they, the psychopaths (some of whom you call 'leaders'), wage war on humanity.

You see, it has never been us against each other. No, the ONLY war ever has been the psychopaths against us, humanity. In fact, and in spite of appearances to the contrary, every war in the past has always been 'them' against 'us'.

THE problem is that we let the psychopaths decide who is 'us', and who is 'them'.

For my part, I am with humans. This makes me 'against' them, the psychopaths. They won't understand that, being so blinded by their own surety of purity they are certain that everyone wants to be them, but even the psychopaths will understand that right now, a state of grace exists.

This is a special time, to the educated palate the karios of the moment imparts a dark, and bitter-sweet flavor.

At this juncture, humanity, the whole stinking roiling contentious disparate, and dysfunctional mass of us, over these next few precious months, needs to learn to ALL live together, for surely, if we let the psychopaths begin this next war, we will ALL die together.

UN, Bill Gates Foundation Push Deadly HPV Shots on Poor Nations Under ‘GAVI Alliance’

A new campaign has been launched by an organization known as the GAVI Alliance to vaccinate up to 2 million women and girls with either GlaxoSmithKline’s Cervarix or Merck’s Gardasil by the year 2015. Of course these two HPV shots have been shown to be very dangerous, with Gardasil linked to death, countless adverse reactions, and Cervarix recently outed as similarly threatening.

Nine countries are candidates for the HPV vaccine campaign, though they are not listed at this time. In addition, the price of the campaign is not being disclosed due to the “sensitive nature” of the price talks.

Why would an organization supposedly dedicated to enhancing health worldwide push either HPV shot on up to 2 million women and young girls? Considering HPV results in only 1% of cancers, and has a 90% chance to resolve itself within two years, it does not seem worth the dangerous side effects and countless millions that will be spent on the upcoming campaign. 

GAVI Alliance funded by UN, vaccine industry, Monsanto investor Bill Gates

The GAVI Alliance, a name relatively unknown to many, is a Geneva-based public-private partnership set up in the year 2000 with financial backing from organizations such as the World Bank, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the vaccine industry, UNICEF, and many other unidentified philanthropists.

It is important to note that a public-private partnership is a government and private industry merger or partnership, meaning that these corporate interests can intertwine with big government.

Now known as the GAVI Alliance, the public-private partnership was previously known as the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation. Thanks to a $750 million dollar commitment from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GAVI launched its initiative to vaccinate millions of individuals worldwide. Of course the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation also currently holds 500,000 shares of Monsanto, the bloated biotech company responsible for genetically modifying the food supply and creating mutated insect populations through the use of heavily altered biopesticides.

It was also the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation that funded the release of genetically modified mosquitoes, which were actually released into the environment back in 2010 for testing purposes.
Bill Gates has personally given an extremely controversial TED talk, in which he states:

The world today has 6.8 billion people… that’s headed up to about 9 billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent.

Skeptics argue that Gates could not have been talking about vaccine-induced deaths, though Gates clearly does not stutter or correct himself after making the statement. Watch the video of the TED talk below and decide for yourself:



Before potentially calling for a reduction in world population through vaccination and healthcare, Gates speaks on the phony the issue of CO2 emissions and its effects on climate change. He presents a formula for tracking CO2 emissions as follows: CO2 = P x S x E x C.

P = People
S = Services per person
E = Energy per service
C = CO2 per energy unit

Gates then states that “probably one of these numbers is going to have to get pretty close to zero.” The audience laughs as Gates jokingly alludes to the human population being reduced to near zero.

Even more concerning is the link between GAVI and the vaccine industry. In the past Merck has used bribery and other forms of corruption to push Gardasil on patients through government legislation and policy. In fact, it was revealed that Merck paid key legislators to pass the Gardasil bill that would enable the state to administer Gardasil to girls as young as 12 without parental permission.

Without much surprise, the bill ended up passing and being signed into law. The sales boost that Merck will receive from this law is not yet known, however Merck’s profits have recently exploded due in part to the skyrocketing sales of Gardasil. Merck may also manage to establish Gardasil as the primary HPV shot used in the GAVI alliance campaign, which would generate them countless millions.

Governments, World Bank to help pay for deadly HPV shots

Merck is offering GAVI a deep discount on Gardasil, down to $5 per vaccine from $15 per three-dose course. While this may seem thoughtful, as GAVI appears to make 0 profit from their ‘generous’ act of dishing out the deadly Gardasil vaccine on poor nations, Merck stands to make a substantial profit.

Thanks to a GAVI co-financing policy, recipient countries are required to contribute toward the cost of the vaccines. This guarantees that not only Merck, but Gavi as well, will receive considerable amounts of cash from the 9 unknown countries in which the HPV shots are being administered.

Furthermore, the UN World Bank is actually issuing bonds to fund the HPV shot campaign.

The International Finance Facility for Immunisation (IFFIm) is an organization integral in the funding of the campaign. Created to accelerate funding for vaccination campaigns, the IFFIm generates funds through the issuing of bonds in the capital markets, using long-term government pledges as a guarantee to pay back interest. Since it launched in 2006, the IIFIm has raised more than $3 billion by tapping into capital markets. This has doubled the funds available for GAVI’s immunization programs.

Shockingly, GAVI’s Tax Form 990 for 2009 shows that GAVI has net assets of  $2.5 billion — ($2,505,336,042 -page 1).

Not only is the IFFIm generating billions in cash from governments, but Merck or GlaxoSmithKline may soon be getting a chunk of it for the HPV shot campaign. The IFFIm is funded by France, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Australia. All of this information is available through GAVI fact sheets, available on their website. 

Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank lead-managed bonds

In a 2007 article on the World Bank’s website, it was revealed that the International Finance Facility for Immunisation hoped to raise $4 billion over the next 10 years to fund the vaccination of 500 million children. Among the first buyers were the Pope, the Archbishop of Canterbury, and three other British religious leaders at the IFFIm’s launch event in London.

Other investors included North American investors (35%), UK investors (12%), Swiss investors (8%), and investors in the rest of Europe (21%). The remainder was placed with investors in the Middle East and Asia, according to the IFFIm. Interestingly enough, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank lead-managed the inaugural bond issue.

Notes were also placed with North American investors (35 percent), UK investors (12 percent), Swiss investors (8 percent) and investors in the rest of Europe (21 percent). The remainder was placed with investors in the Middle East and Asia, according to IFFIm, the World Bank, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank; the latter two lead-managed the inaugural bond issue. 

EU legally bound to pay over 20 years

The article also mentions that the bonds will be repaid over 20 years by the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Norway under the terms of ‘legally binding’ agreements.
The report states :

It’s a good way to fund immunization programs because the benefits—lives saved—are realized more quickly as future donor contributions are used to provide funding now, she says.

Millions spent from drained governments to push deadly HPV shots

As women take legal action against Merck for Gardasil-induced abortions and severe side effects, it seems quite outlandish for GAVI to launch a global HPV shot initiative. The HPV shot led to 3,589 harmful reactions and 16 deaths between May 2009 and September 2010 alone. Of the 3,589 adverse reactions, many were debilitating. Permanent disability was the result of 213 cases; 25 resulted in the diagnosis of Guillain-Barre Syndrome; there were 789 other “serious” reports according to FDA documents.

It was also revealed that the FDA was hiding 26 additional Gardasil deaths until Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information act on the information.

Organizations and governments around the globe should be banning Gardasil, not unleashing it on poor countries. It seems that GAVI, a multi-billion dollar merger of government and corporation, is not truly interested in improving the health of third world inhabitants.

The short on Whey

So you’re off to the health food store because you need more protein in you’re diet. You want “quick and easy” and you heard whey protein is easily digestible. Great. You go to the protein powder shelf and and see the different labels and containers and are slightly overwhelmed. You grab one that looks “friendly”. Nope, you made a boo-boo. Whey protein is an EXCELLENT source for protein and countless other amino acids and enzymes but if and only “if” it comes from a raw source and procured in a low-heat way. All of the protein in a health food store was either cooked fast and at a very high heat OR the milk was pasteurized first. And if you remember your SAT’s in high school:

raw whey is to cooked whey as raw milk is to pasteurized milk.

In the late 80’s researches in Canada were able to compare protein use for immune function in mice and noticed whey, compared to casein, wheat, corn, egg white, fish, beef, spirulina, soy, and some others, helping the immune function better and producing glutathione (which help maintain vitamin C & E active in the body). Then in the early 90’s these same researchers discovered that the raw whey was the only one that had these healing, nutritious qualities. When they tried to use different types of cooked whey, it didn’t work nearly as well.
Also another point of interest is once protein is cooked, any protein, it changes. The natural balance of amino acids and enzymes become unraveled and imbalanced. When you consume this, the new cooked mixture offsets the balance of amino acids in the blood and some are not even bioavailable since the enzymes were destroyed (they are destroyed after 118-120 degrees Fahrenheit). This can cause indigestion, mineral and vitamin deficiencies and lead to inflammatory issues like skin issues, allergies, asthma, etc.

Look for raw, low-heat whey. It will make a BIG difference. More digestible, more nutritious, and well worth the money.

Sea Salt, the 411

Historically, salt has always been a very important part of many culture’s societal interactions.  Chinese harvested it over 8000 years ago.  Egyptians placed salted offerings in the tombs.  Roman soldiers even took it as payment or salarium, which is where the word “salary” comes from.  So why is it shunned in modern diets, when we need it for our bodies?
Let us first discuss what salt I am referring too.  I am not referring to regular table salt, which is refined and contains only sodium and chloride, without any other minerals.  I am talking about unadulterated, whole salt that hasn’t been heated beyond enzymatic action (104 degrees) and contains 60-80 different trace minerals.  Unfortunately, the former type of salt is overused in all of our foods and cause a massive inbalance in our bodies.  The later actually helps balance the minerals and osmotic pressure in our blood. 
Osmosis is the movement of water through a semi-permeable membrane to an area of low water/high particles.  So when there is limited minerals in one area,  there is decreased fluids in that area.  This is detrimental because in order for most cellular functions to occur, there has to be a good amount of fluids to keep the “gears” of your body lubricated.
Of those trace minerals in sea salt - magnesium, calcium and potassium are essential.  Deficiencies in these minerals (and obviously complicated by other deficiencies) can cause serious dental issues, hip fractures, poor coagulation of blood, and chronic fevers in children.  Nerve issues including transient pain all over the body, hyperirritability, arrhythmia, and aberrant muscle contractions.
The list can go on and can get worse if regular table salt is consumed.  Nature gives a balance of all minerals and to eat only NaCl or regular iodized table salt, offsets the countless other minerals of the body.  When you cry, sweat, salivate, take showers, urinate, defecate, you excrete many minerals and you need to replace them readily.  It is a misconception to think salt causes high blood pressure when in fact a lack of body fluids is the culprit (which intuitively you think: dehydrated, you need more minerals to RETAIN the water).  So when looking for salt, make sure it is unrefined, not white and powdery, and in the case of the celtic sea salt, it is still damp.  Also make sure when you drink water, you sprinkle a little of it in you glass, because being thirsty is not necessarily a water craving.

Ascorbic acid is NOT vitamin C, but vitamin C has ascorbic acid

Vitamins, minerals and other nutrients are natural, in that they are naturally occurring in foods.  So what's the white pills they sell in different colored bottles, called "vitamins" sold even in health food stores?  Good question.  Let's look at the Webster Dictionary definition of a "vitamin."
       "any of various organic substances that are essential in minute quantities to the nutrition of most animals and some plants, act especially as co-enzymes and precursors of co-enzymes in the regulation of metabolic processes but do not provide energy or serve as building units, and are present in natural foodstuffs or sometimes produced within the body." 
Wow.  So there is no indication that a vitamin made synthetically is really a vitamin.  And what's even worse, chemists in labs can still call their chemical derivations of vitamins "natural"!  
So what's my point?  When you go seeking out vitamins because your doctor, nutritionist, or chiropractor says you need to load up on vitamin D or you're low on vitamin C, be careful.  The labels on most vitamin bottles can be deceiving.  I'll give you an example.
You're looking for, let's say, vitamin B6, because your smart nutritionist says you have to take extra when you're on a birth control pill (which is true).  You walk into a health food store (first steps are always the hardest) and you see the rows of vitamins of so many different companies.  First you think "how can so many different companies sell so many of the same vitamins?"  After you get past that little Twilight Zone episode, you start looking for what you were told to get: B6.  You pick out the prettiest bottle - the bottle that catches your eye.  "Super B6" it says.  You spin it around and it says it has vitamin B6 and following that in parentheses is (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride).  You think "that must be another word for B6.  Its not.  You find an other bottle and they all generally have the same thing - B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride).  Ok, so you have your B6.  You pay, and you walk out.

You didn't buy B6.

What you did purchase was an inactive crystalline or synthetic derivative of B6.  I will try to explain this without getting into too much biochemistry.  First of all, you cannot isolate any nutrient out of it's complex without destroying it, meaning isolated factors cannot functionally be separated from their wholes - that being the food that they came from (that's crystalline).  And in labs, high quantities need to be made, so they are constantly creating replicas of the inert material from inert sources (most of the time petroleum-based products, that's synthetic).  Synthetic nutrients, just like their pharmaceutical counterparts, can produce many undesirable side effects.  Bet you didn't know that!  The physiological responses normally created by food nutrients are mimicked for a short time by the body, but then eventually the body exhausts itself.  Taking parts of a whole leave your body even more deficient for other nutrients. 
Synthetic (or crystalline) vitamins are like taking gears of a watch, strapping them to your wrist and trying to tell time.  They are incomplete and need their other parts, in this case enzymes, amino acids, other vitamins and countless other things man has yet to discover.  They work as a team in your body, which not even the most brilliant chemist can produce or combination of synthetic vitamins can create.  
Simply put, when you purchase vitamins, minerals or any other nutrient, make sure it says it's from a food, a food you're familiar with.  The label shouldn't have any parentheses and the "other ingredients" shouldn't have things you have to sound out or look-up.  Any vitamin that says its from something HCL or something Hydrochloride, trash it.  That's petroleum-based.  Ascorbic acid too is just the coating on the vitamin C complex.  Your body will want the rest of the vitamin.  
So feed your body right.  And if you're confused talk to someone who knows what I'm talking about.  If they don't, walk away, fast.
